Custom Viton Rubber Gaskets

Smart Shield's sole business is custom die-cut Viton Rubber Gaskets with a wide variation in grades, thicknesses, and hardness levels. Smart Shield's Viton rubber gaskets come in standard thicknesses of 1/64" to 1/4", providing the proper solution for any sealing, insulating requirements. Viton rubber hardness ranges from 55 to 90 durometer on the Shore A scale depending on the amount of flexibility or firmness needed for various industrial applications. Typically fabricated in black or brown, Viton gaskets provide excellent resistance to heat, chemicals, oils and fuels for the worst applications.

At Smart Shield, we manufacture rubbers OEM gaskets and O-rings in any size and shape, including EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, and Viton rubber. Our experts can assist in producing a standard gasket to a custom designed part, or be able to custom fabricate rubber gaskets from a provided drawing or specification. In addition to standard Viton Gaskets, we also produce Viton Gaskets that can come with or without pressuresensitive adhesive (PSA) backing in order to assist in installation and holding them easily in place for critical applications.
