EPDM O-Rings
Our EPDM O-Rings are designed to outperform the competition in sealing applications outdoors (where exposure to weather and ozone is common) as well as in steam, water, and chemically intensive environments. Made from high-quality Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber, they offer outstanding resistance to aging, UV, and ozonemaking them ideal for indoor, outdoor, and harsh industrial use.
These O-Rings perform reliably across a wide temperature range of -40C to +150C, while maintaining elasticity and sealing capabilities. Their low compression set and excellent resilience make them especially suited for high-temperature brake systems, particularly with castor-based, glycol, and silicone brake fluids.
EPDM O-Rings also demonstrate strong chemical resistance, making them suitable for chemical processing plants, phosphate-ester hydraulic systems, and other aggressive applications. Their stable, unreactive properties ensure long-term performance with minimal maintenance.
Highlighted Features:
- Excellent resistance to ozone, UV, steam, and water
- Cost-effective and durable long-term sealing solution
- Versatile performance with low compression set across wide temperatures
- Ideal for chemical, automotive, and industrial applications
- Recommended for use with glycol, silicone, and castor-based brake fluids
We also manufacture custom O-Rings and gaskets in EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, and Viton in any size. EPDM rubber is a versatile product with strong resistance characteristics suitable for harsh applications.
