Smart-Shield Exhaust Wraps are designed to provide maximum thermal protection for headers and exhaust systems where controlling heat is a priority. Made from high-performance Ceramic, Fiberglass or Silica fibers (depending on temperature) these wraps are incredibly efficient at regulating radiant exhaust heat and keeping the incoming air/fuel mixture cooler and denser. Our wraps are rated for use with chemicals stable to 1300C, and are made from premium materials that will not only last, but resist thermal shock, corrosion and be chemically stable. Smart-Shield Exhaust Wraps contain heat within the exhaust system, but more importantly protect parts and areas around / under the vehicle while improving performance and efficiency. Our exhaust wraps reduce under-hood temperatures by up to 70%, resulting in greater horsepower and improved fuel mileage. Our exhaust wraps help to maintain greater exhaust temperatures within the header, to create better exhaust flow, which will release more spent gases resulting in better intake air flowing for a better breathing engine. Our wraps are very simple to install, cut-to-fit for mini, clear cut to fit around / onto other exhaust components, converting them easily to be used in automotive, motorcycle and industrial applications where heat management minimizes heat.
