Each header cover is made from premium industrial-grade woven fiberglass fabrics that enclose high-temperature insulation material. The covers can protect equipment in extreme temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 1200C. The fabric and insulation are customized based on application and environment, and may include:

• Polymer-impregnated fiberglass cloth excellent resistance to oil, moisture, and abrasion
• Fiberglass with PTFE-coated fabric suitable for corrosive environments
• Fiberglass laminated with metal foil acts as a vapor or hydrocarbon barrier
