Smart Shield's Graphite Sealing Rings are designed with enhanced reliability and durability in harsh industrial uses. Constructed from high-quality-grade graphite, the rings perform perfectly in extreme temperatures of up to 650C as well as pressures of up to 300 bar, making them perfect for chemical and gas sealing conditions.

The rings have a precise circular shape and are available in standard sizes with inner diameters up to 500 mm (and higher sizes available up to 40" diameter), for easy integration in various equipment. Their gray-black appearance is due to their high purity and professional surface finish.

Engineered with a special blend of compressibility and elasticity, pre-formed rings maintain 1520% compressibility post-installation, facilitating easy adjustments and longer service life. Graphite material offers superior chemical resistance, corrosion protection, and low friction, promoting improved efficiency in high-speed applications of up to 30 m/s.
