About Graphite Packing Seal

This industrial-grade Graphite Packing Seal is fabricated from expanded graphite packing yarns with ultra-low chloride levels, which makes it safe for use in sensitive applications. It is comprised of individual strands with complementary mechanical components of Inconel wire that help create a reinforced packing/strength and structural soundness against extreme conditions. The packing yarn is also treated with a high-purity graphite coating compound with a corrosion inhibitor. This premium packing seal offers the best barrier of protection to valve stems and stuffing boxes from chemicals and wear and tear. Its design allows for great sealing performance under high pressure and frictional resistance is minimized for extended packing and sleeve life.
