Fiberglass Insulation Cloth

The Fiberglass Insulation Cloth is made from texturized E-glass fiber yarn, offering manufacturers a safe and practical alternative to traditional asbestos and ceramic fabrics. The E-type fiberglass cloth can withstand extreme heat applications and has superior flexibility, outstanding thermal insulation properties, and is completely non-combustible.

Our cloth can withstand continuous temperatures of 650C (1200F). It has low thermal conductivity and is dimensionally stable, making it ideal for static and dynamic thermal insulation. The weave is designed to expand and contract with temperature changes, allowing it to perform well in hard-to-insulate industrial environments.

Our fiberglass insulation cloth meets ASTM D-578 and is used across multiple industries, including power generation, metal processing, petrochemical plants, and pollution control. Some common applications include:

• Boilers, coke ovens, and industrial ovens
• Wood-burning stove doors and insulation pads
• Crucible packing and furnace linings
• Pollution control systems
• High-temperature tying, laces, and ropes for gasket cores
• Pipe wrap and tadpole tape reinforcement

Key Features:

• 100% asbestos-free
• Environmentally safe
• High tensile strength
• Excellent durability
• Good thermal and flame resistance
• Easy to install or fabricate

In applications requiring reliable, high-temperature insulation along with safety and flexibility, our Fiberglass Insulation Cloth is highly recommended.
