Smart Shield Ceramic Fiber Tape is a high-end industrial strength tape designed to endure severe heat and tough conditions. Constructed of superior alumina-silica fiberglass material, this non-sticky tape provides unparalleled thermal resistance, suiting sealing, insulating, and safeguarding industrial machinery like furnaces, kilns, boilers, and pipelines.

Able to function continuously in temperatures of up to 1450°C and with a melting point of 1800°C, the tape provides consistent performance under the toughest thermal conditions. Reinforced with Inconel wire, stainless steel wire, and fiberglass filament, the tape is designed to provide added tensile strength and durability prior to and following exposure to extreme heat.

Proven to be non-combustible according to BS 476 Part 4 standards and asbestos-free, it boasts superior chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and excellent thermal shock resistance. Lengths of 20 to 30 meters and widths of up to 20 mm are available, and since the tape can be cut easily to any shape or size, it can be used in a wide variety of ways.
